Tres Agaves Agave Nectar

Agave nectar is the pressed, processed and concentrated juice of the agave piña. Agave nectar is a natural sweetener with a honey-like consistency; in mixology, agave nectar is typically diluted into agave syrup to make it easier to work with. Unlike other common syrups, agave nectar is mainly fructose, which has a different sensed sweetening effect in mixed drinks (quicker onset, quicker decline).
