Benjamin Prichard’s Tennessee Whiskey
Proprietary straight bourbon (despite labeling, which suggests the “Lincoln County Process” charcoal filtering this product does not experience). It is, however, distilled and aged in Tennessee. Bourbon whiskey is a generic category for U.S. single-malt whiskey distilled from predominately corn mash with wheat or rye grains. Popular in all manner of mixed drinks 19th century-present.
