Also known as “lychee nut nectar”. Lychee nut juice is a preparation of the juice and pulp of the fresh lychee fruit with water and/or other fruit juices and added sugar. To make your own, purée fresh lychee nuts, strain and bottle, diluting as necessary and (optionally) sweetening. One pound of fresh lychee nuts yields about six ounces of juice.
