dried lime powder

Dried lime powder is the pulverized/ground form of the dried and fermented fruit of the Persian lime (or other cultivar) heavily employed in Middle Eastern cuisine. Lime powder can be acquired pre-ground, but like many spices, the best results are from grinding your own just prior to use: acquire dried limes from a Middle Eastern specialty shop, saw in half, remove seeds, and pulverize them in a spice grinder. Caveat emptor: similarly-named substance, dehydrated lime juice, is something else entirely: a freeze-dried form of lime juice.
