Proprietary corn whiskey pot-distilled from nixtamalized non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn and aged two years in used American oak barrels. Corn whiskey is generic for whiskey distilled from predominately (at least 80%) corn mash. Not necessarily wood aged. Occasionally used in cocktails, notably the Stars Fell On Alabama Cocktail.
