Proprietary elderflower liqueur created by Robert Cooper and introduced around 2007. Arguably one of the most influential new liqueur products in recent years, notable for great commercial success in cocktails and as a wine mixer, and for its highly distinctive bottle. The product was purchased in 2013 by Bacardi. Elderflower liqueur is generic for sweetened and flavored spirits of various dilutions flavored with the blossoms of the elderberry.
