Also known as “calisaia bitters”. Generic Spanish/Italian spirit-based beverage/digestive bitters of calisaya bark (quinine), herbs, and spices. Ferro China and china-Martini bitters are similar products. Calisay is a liqueur which utilizes the same main flavoring ingredients.
