Also known as “mango puree”. Mango nectar is a preparation of the juice and pulp of the tropical mango fruit with water and/or other fruit juices and added sugar. Used almost exclusively in tropical drinks. Best results can generally be achieved by purchasing frozen pulp and adding your own water and sugar.
