peach bitters

Peach bitters is a recent style of aromatic bitters consisting of concentrated bitter tincture of peach pits, spices, and spirits. Not to be confused with peach aperitif bitters, which were popular in England co-incident with Prohibition in America and are heavily represented in the English cocktail manuals of the day, such as the Savoy Cocktail Book and Cafe Royal.
