Iced tea is generic for chilled, brewed tea. Iced tea can be produced by refrigerating or icing a hot brewed-tea, by sun-brewing, or through slow cold infusion. Generic black tea—such as from tea bags—is the most commonly-employed form of leaf for iced tea, but any style of tea leaf can be used for different effect.
