“Peach” refers to any specimen of an array of cultivated ripe fresh stonefruit commonly labeled as such. Typically, as a garnish, a piece, slice, or wedge of a fresh peach or even canned peach in syrup. Also the basis for juice, puree, "nectar", syrup, liqueur, bitters and spirit constituent forms used commonly as flavoring in mixed drinks most often with a Southern or tropical bent.
