agave syrup

Agave syrup is a dilution of agave nectar to make it easier to work with in mixology. To make an agave syrup that that directly substitutes for simple syrup, add 50 g water per 100 g of agave nectar. Gently stir to fully dissolve. Store in the refrigerator.
