Cinnamon schnapps liqueur is a generic category for liqueur with natural and/or artificial cinnamon flavoring, varying widely in proof. Many proprietary brands exist. Colors and proofs are widely varied but, along with peppermint schnapps, this liqueur is, in some bottlings, one of the highest strength (100 proof) schnapps liqueurs on the market.
