Also known as “beef tea”,“beef extract”. Beef bouillon is dehydrated instant beef stock broth & spice in cube form (of about sugar cube size) generally containing corn starch, salt, shortening, vegetable or seed oil, beef protein, spices & often Monosodium Glutamate. Employed in mixed drinks in conjunction with, or in substitution for, tomato juice, mainly of the Bloody Mary family, also used with beer. Notable drink: the Bullshot.
