Concentrated saline solution is a homemade preparation of water with a relatively high ratio of salt dissolved in it. Used in minute quantities—typically using a dropper—to amplify flavors in mixed drinks. To make, add sea salt/kosher salt to filtered water and stir to dissolve. The ratio of salt to water depends on your preferences and purposes, but 60 grams of salt per fluid cup of water is a starting place.
