Curry powder is a golden-orange blend of nearly twenty spices, herbs and seeds among which are cardamom, chiles, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, fennel seed, fenugreek, mace, nutmeg, peppercorns, poppy and sesame seeds, saffron, tamarind and turmeric. Uncommon in cocktails, but featured in the POLYNESIAN PICK ME UP. Could be considered a potential garnish as well.
