Novel unaged brandy distilled from the fruit of the Nopal cactus. Unaged brandy is a generic category for distilled fermented fruit juice (wine). “Unaged” indicates the spirit is not typically aged in wood, although it may be stored in glass or another neutral container for significant time, and undergo a degree of change on its own (without additives).
