Honey syrup (2:1) is a dilution of honey to the equivalent of rich simple syrup (66 brix) to make it easier to work with in mixology. ======== Combine in a sauce pan: 69 g water 300 g honey Gently warm and stir until fully diluted. Cool, bottle and store in the refrigerator. ======== Honey syrup can also be easily infused with botanicals for creative effects.
