Generic for a honey-flavored syrup for use as a sweetener and flavoring. Typically, honey syrup is a homemade dilution of honey in some particular ratio, but commercial honey syrups also exist. (Using pure honey in mixed drinks is problematic due to the viscosity of honey on its own.)
