Generic for a pasteurized, partially dehydrated concentration of grapefruit juice, sold frozen. (Approximately 75% of the water is removed.) Commonly available (or used to be) in supermarket frozen food sections along with orange juice concentrates and the like, usually sold in a cardboard tube by packagers like Minute Maid. Shouldn’t contain additional sweeteners, but often has added vitamins and calcium. For mixological purposes, thaw sufficiently for measurement purposes.
