Calamansi juice is generic for the fresh squeezed juice of the unripe green fruit of the Calamondin citrus hybrid, known by various names throughout asia and places where it is cultivated. Basically, an unripe tangerine, yielding a sour juice, somewhat lemon/orange in flavor.
