Gegenbauer Raspberry Vinegar

Highly regarded artisanal raspberry-infused vinegar condiment. Raspberry vinegar is any commercial or homemade wine vinegar (or other vinegar) infused with fresh raspberries. The fundamental process is as simple as pouring vinegar over raspberries in a jar and letting it stand until the desired result is achieved (generally a week or more). Sometimes the infused vinegar is cooked down a little and sweetened.
