Also known as “raspberry-infused vinegar”. Raspberry vinegar is any commercial or homemade wine vinegar (or other vinegar) infused with fresh raspberries. The fundamental process is as simple as pouring vinegar over raspberries in a jar and letting it stand until the desired result is achieved (generally a week or more). Sometimes the infused vinegar is cooked down a little and sweetened.
