Proprietary French brandy-based fruit, spice and herb-flavored liqueur in a cognac and grape eau de vie base. Long defunct, the product was in production at least briefly in 2012-2013 by G. A. Jourde in Bordeaux. According to Charles Baker, the key ingredient of Cordial Medoc was peach pits. Herbal or spice-flavored liqueurs is an abstract category for sweetened and flavored spirits of various dilutions with herb and/or spice flavoring.
