Also known as “soy yoghurt”. Soy yogurt is generic for a fermented food produced from soy milk, bacteria, and optional sugar and flavorings. The process behind soy yogurt is largely identical to that with dairy yogurt, although a non-dairy bacteria is typically employed in commercial soy yogurts to assuage vegans.
