tea
Tea is a water infusion of dry leaves from the tea plant, with various curing types such as green tea, black tea, oolong. The aromatic beverage is usually prepared by steeping the leaves with heated water and then straining. Used mainly in pre-Prohibition punches, but also seen in the occasional cocktail.
